Hollywood, Florida bat control to remove bats from house
Bats mate in the fall and winter, but the mother bat doesn't begin
giving birth until spring, when ovulation and fertilization
take place. Mother bats group together in maternity colonies in
buildings, inside attics, and behind chimneys. Bats do not build nests. Births
of baby bats usually occurs from May through July. Baby newborn bats
develop quickly and are able to fly within 3 weeks. Bat removal in
Florida is not allowed during this period.

The photo above shows bats leaving an attic at sunset. At dusk
bats fly out to feed for the night. Bats have extremely high
metabolisms and fly out of their nesting site every single night.
Bat removal takes advantage of this fact, by installing exclusion
netting that lets that leave but keeps the bats from getting back into
the house.
Bat Control for Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, and Sarasota
Bats use roosting niches that are indoors such as home attics, partially sheltered, and open structural areas.
Bats living in and on buildings
can have several economic and aesthetic effects, often involving health issues.
Before considering control measures, verify that bats are actually the
cause of the problem and the noises in the attic are not rats, mice, or
squirrels.

Getting Rid Of Attic Bats
The bats in the photo below are clinging to an eave of a home that
they were just removed from. After not being able to get back in,
the Florida bats can linger around the Boca Raton home for a few days...
but within a few days the bats will on to a new roosting sit. The
photo below shows an albino bat clinging with the others.

Bat guano produces an strong odor as it
breaks down in attics, wall spaces, and other voids. The
acrid odor can often be detected from outside a building with bats in
the attic. Additional odor problems occur when bats die
in unreachable house locations. The odor will attract insect pest
control problems.
